Slow Cooked Chicken & Vegetable Stew

Ingredients
- Chicken Pieces
- 3 large, cut in wedges Potatoes
- 2, cut in rings Carrots
- 3, cut in rigs Fresh Garlic
- 3 tbsp Three Hills Kunserva (tomato paste)
- 250ml Dry White Wine
- 10 Cauliflower Heads
- 10 Broccoli Heads
- 1 tsp, dried Thyme
- 5 Bay Leaves
- Salt & Pepper
Place the chicken and all the ingredients into a slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Put lid on and cook on low heat for about 5 hours or until the potatoes and carrots are tender. Remove bay leaves before serving.
