Slow Cooked Chicken & Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

  • Chicken Pieces
  • 3 large, cut in wedges Potatoes
  • 2, cut in rings Carrots
  • 3, cut in rigs Fresh Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Three Hills Kunserva (tomato paste)
  • 250ml Dry White Wine
  • 10 Cauliflower Heads
  • 10 Broccoli Heads
  • 1 tsp, dried Thyme
  • 5 Bay Leaves
  • Salt & Pepper
Place the chicken and all the ingredients into a slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Put lid on and cook on low heat for about 5 hours or until the potatoes and carrots are tender. Remove bay leaves before serving.
