Lampuki Pie (Dolphin fish)

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- half can Mayor Diced Onions
- 4, sliced Garlic Cloves
- 200g Three Hills Kunserva (tomato paste)
- 50g, roughly chopped Black Olives
- 1 tbsp, halved Capers
- Chopped Basil Leaves
- 400g, cooked and cut in chunks Lampuki (Dolphin fish)
- 2, cooked and cut in small chunks Potatoes
- 300g Puff Pastry
- 140g Mayor Processed Peas
Heat the olive oil and lightly fry the onions and garlic. Add the Three Hills Kunserva, olives and capers and simmer for a couple of minutes and after let to cool down. In a separate bowl mix the fish chunks, potatoes and peas and basil leaves and add to the mixture. In the meantime prepare the pastry in a well-greased dish. Add the mixture and close pie. Pierce with fork and cook for about 45 minutes in a well heated oven.
