Gozitan Antipasto Platter

Ingredients

  • Fresh Garlic
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 2, tbsp Olive Oil
  • 400g Butter Beans
  • 8 Stuffed Olives with Tuna & Anchovies
  • 4 Sundried Tomatoes
  • 2, tbsp Capers
  • 2 Hanini Fresh Cheeselets
  • 4 Hanini Mature White Cheeseletes
  • 1 pkt Galletti (water biscuit)
  • 4 slices Maltese Bread
  • 3 tbsp Three Hills Kunserva (tomato paste)
  • Black Pepper
In a bowl, place the chopped garlic with the fresh tomatoes and olive oil and mix well. Prepare all the ingredients and present on a platter. Garnish with parsley. Season to taste. This plate is normally served before the main meal or as a party platter.
