Ingredients
- Fresh Garlic
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2, tbsp Olive Oil
- 400g Butter Beans
- 8 Stuffed Olives with Tuna & Anchovies
- 4 Sundried Tomatoes
- 2, tbsp Capers
- 2 Hanini Fresh Cheeselets
- 4 Hanini Mature White Cheeseletes
- 1 pkt Galletti (water biscuit)
- 4 slices Maltese Bread
- 3 tbsp Three Hills Kunserva (tomato paste)
- Black Pepper
In a bowl, place the chopped garlic with the fresh tomatoes and olive oil and mix well. Prepare all the ingredients and present on a platter. Garnish with parsley. Season to taste. This plate is normally served before the main meal or as a party platter.
