Vegan Chickpea Burgers

Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Chop the garlic clove and add to a large bowl together with the Mayor Diced Onions. Add the chickpeas, cumin and flour and season well with salt and pepper. Mix well and form into patties. In a pan, heat the oil and lightly fry until cooked.

Homemade Beef Burgers

In a large bowl mix well all the patty ingredients. In your hands, mould 6 round balls and flatten until 1/2 inch thick. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 4 hrs. Heat some olive oil in a skillet and cook the patties, 2 minutes on each side at a time until cooked through and have that nice golden brown colour.
