Vegan Chickpea Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Mayor Chickpeas
  • half can Mayor Diced Onions
  • 1 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • Crushed Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Lightly chop the onion and the garlic clove and add to a large bowl. Add the cumin and flour and season well with salt and pepper. Mix well and form into patties. In a pan, heat the oil and lightly fry until cooked. Recipe by Cherise Attard.
