Genovese basil

Ingredients

  • Clean 100g fresh Basil Leaves
  • 60g Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 20g Grated Pecorino Romano
  • 30g Pine Nuts
  • 8 spoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • Sea Salt
  • 40g Room temperature Butter
Place the basil, oil, mine nuts, garlic and salt in a food processor. Blizz on high speed. When ingredients are mixed well, place in a bowl. Start adding the cheese a bit by bit. Add the butter and mix. At the end add a spoon of hot water and mix. Recipe by Anton B.Dougall
