Char Grilled Sea Bream

Ingredients

  • 1 large Sea Bream
  • 75ml Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt & Pepper
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the garlic, the lemon juice and the salt and pepper. Trim and scale the fish and prepare it onto a foil baking sheet. Cut 1 cm deep slits on both sides of the fish. Pour the oil/garlic mix on the fish. Heat the grill on a high level and cook the fish for about 10 minutes, turning once until the fish is lightly charred and skin turns opaque. Season with parsley and serve hot with fresh salad and french fries.
