Calamari Rings with Garlic and Wine

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2, large sized Calamari
  • 6, halved Garlic Cloves
  • 200ml Dry White Wine
  • A bunch of Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper
Clean the calamari and slice into thick rings. In a deep pan, heat the oil and cook the garlic. After 2 minutes add the calamari, the wine and parsley. Season well. Cook on low flame until calamari is tender. Serve with roasted vegetables.
