Ingredjenti

  • 115g Raw whitebait
  • 2, beaten Eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Finely, Chopped Parsley
  • 50g, grated Hanini Pekorin Mature Cheese
Beat the eggs well. Add salt, parsley, Hanini Gibniet Nixfin (mature, white, cheeselets) and whitebait to the egg mixture and continue beating until everything is well mixed. Heat up a frying pan adding some butter. Spoon large spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot pan. When the patties start turning golden, flip them over. The whitebait should be cooked like pancakes, frying them once on each side. Serve the patties immediately while still hot. Squeeze some lemon juice over them for extra flavor. Serve with steamed vegetables or salad.
