Klamari Mimlijin

Ingredjenti

  • 600g Calamari
  • 1 Mgħarfa żejt taż-żebbuġa
  • 2, chopped Onions
  • Finely chopped Fresh Garlic
  • 1 tsp Three Hills Kunserva (tomato paste)
  • 400g Polpa tal-Mayor
  • 100ml Dry White Wine
  • 100ml Fish Stock Cube
  • 100g Black Olives
  • Ħabaq
  • Nagħniegħ
  • Bżar
  • 225g Tuna Dip
  • 100g Breadcrumbs
  • Tursin
Clean the calamari. In a bowl mix together the filling ingredients and stuff the calamari with the mixture, closing them with toothpicks. In a pan, heat the olive oil and gently fry the calamari. Add the chopped onion and garlic, the Three Hills Kunserva, the Mayor Tomato Pulp and the wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and season with pepper to taste. Simmer for around 30 minutes.
