Penne biz-Zalzett tal-Malti

Ingredjenti

  • 500g Penne
  • 3, raw, skin removed & mashed Maltese Sausage (zalzett)
  • 4, Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2, finely chopped Mayor Diced Onions
  • half can Garlic Cloves
  • 2 mgħaref żejt taż-żebbuġa
  • Tursin imqatta' fin
  • 2, coarsely shredded Hanini Peppered Cheeselets
Cook the penne according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, add some olive oil to a pan and fry the garlic and onions until soft. Add the sausage meat and continue fry. Add the chopped tomatoes and parsley. After about 8-10 minutes the sauce should be ready. Mix in with the hot pasta and serve with shredded Hanini Gibniet tal-Bzar, (mature, peppered cheeselets)
