  • 160g yogurt ħafif tal-frawli tal-Hanini
  • 1 tazza frawli frisk, maħsul u mqatta'
  • 1/2 tazza granola
  • 2 mgħaref għasel jew maple syrup
  • Weraq tan-nagħniegħ frisk biex iżżejjen

Fi skutella, ħallat flimkien il-yogurt u l-għasel. Dan se jkun is-saff tal-yogurt. Ibda poġġi din it-taħlita fil-qiegħ tat-tazzi jew skutelli li se tuża sabiex issevi. Wara, agħmel saff frawli mqatta' u fuq il-frawli itfa' l-granola. Irrepeti dan il-proċess sakemm tasal sal-wiċċ tat-tazzi jew l-iskutelli u spiċċa bit-taħlita tal-yogurt. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top. Garnish the top with a few slices of fresh strawberries and a mint leaf for a pop of color and flavour. Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to meld together. Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing and nutritious Strawberry Yogurt Parfait!
