- 1 Bott ċiċri tal-Mayor
- 600g Tadam frisk
- Kwart ta’ ħjara
- Nofs lumija żgħira
- Nagħniegħ frisk
- 50g Żebbuġ tal-Mayor
- 50ml Zejt taż-żebbuġa
- 100g Mayor Sundried tomatoes
Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix together. Place in a bowl, add some olive oil and serve with some toasted bread.
