Ingredjenti

  • 1 Bott ċiċri tal-Mayor
  • 600g Tadam frisk
  • Kwart ta’ ħjara
  • Nofs lumija żgħira
  • Nagħniegħ frisk
  • 50g Żebbuġ tal-Mayor
  • 50ml Zejt taż-żebbuġa
  • 100g Mayor Sundried tomatoes
Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix together. Place in a bowl, add some olive oil and serve with some toasted bread.   Ricetta ta' Anton B. Dougall
