- 100g zokkor fin (caster sugar)
- 150g dqiq self-raising
- ¼ ta' kuċċarina bikarbonat
- 75g blueberries, biċċiet taċ-ċikkulata jew frott niexef
Saħħan l-air fryer f'temperatura ta' 160C għal 2 minuti. Fi skutella kbira, ħallat flimkien iż-żejt, il-yogurt, il-bajda u l-ħalib. Wara żid iz-zokkor, id-dqiq u l-bikarbonat u ħawwad tajjeb. Żid ukoll il-bluberries, il-biċċiet taċ-ċikkulata jew il-frott niexef. Itfa' t-taħlita f'kontenituri żgħar tal-kejkini jew dixx tal-kejkini apposta tal-air fryer. Imlihom tliet kwarti 'l waħda. Place the cases or tin in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 mins until the muffins are golden brown and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
