Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1, minced Garlic Cloves
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 cans, drained Mayor Cannellini Beans
  • 1 sliced Red Onion
  • Fresh, roughly chopped Parsley
  • Fresh, roughly chopped Basil Leaves
  • 2 large cans, drained Tuna Chunks in Olive Oil
Whisk lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add beans, tuna, onion, parsley and basil; toss to coat well. Make Ahead Tip: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
