Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1, minced Garlic Cloves
- Sea salt and ground black pepper
- 2 cans, drained Mayor Cannellini Beans
- 1 sliced Red Onion
- Fresh, roughly chopped Parsley
- Fresh, roughly chopped Basil Leaves
- 2 large cans, drained Tuna Chunks in Olive Oil
Whisk lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add beans, tuna, onion, parsley and basil; toss to coat well.
