Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
- 4 large Sweet Potato
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Pinto's Garlic Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- 200ml Mayor Brown Sauce
Peel the potatoes and slice into even thin strips and place in a bowl. Add the vegetable oil, a few dashes of Pinto’s Pride Garlic Sauce, salt and pepper and mix well so that all the potatoes are evenly coated.
Heat the oven and spread well on a tray with baking paper. Do not crowd the dish; you may use 2 separate dishes or bake 1 tray at a time. Enjoy dipping in Mayor Brown sauce.
