Spring Veggie Tart with Hanini Cheeselets

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 tbsp Three Hills Kunserva
- 1 jar Mayor Mixed Vegetables in Sunflower Oil, drained
- 2 Hanini Goat Fresh Cheeselets, sliced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh basil to garnish
Preheat oven to 200°C. Roll out puff pastry onto a baking tray. Spread Kunserva evenly. Arrangethe vegetables and cheeselet slices. Sprinkle with oregano and brush pastry edges with egg. Bake for 25–30 mins until golden. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm!
