Spring Fruit Salad

  • Seasonal Fruit
  • 1 medium sized Lemon Juice
  • 4 tbsp Honey
Cut the fruit into bite size chunks and place in a large bowl. Mix together the honey and lemon juice and heat on low until well blended. Pour over the fruit and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. Serve in ice cream cups with some fresh mint.
