Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 6, large & peeled Potatoes
  • 250g Hanini Irkotta
  • 4 tbsp Mayor Garlic Sauce
  • Finely chopped Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper
Place potatoes in a large saucepan with enough water to cover, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender. Drain and cool; cut into 1-inch cubes and transfer to a bowl. In a smaller bowl, combine the Hanini Irkotta with the Mayor Garlic Sauce. Pour mixture over potatoes, add chopped parsley and stir gently. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.
