Pear, Walnut & Gorgonzola Salad

Ingredients

  • 200g Spinach
  • 100g Rucola
  • 2, cored and sliced Pears
  • 50g, chopped Walnuts
  • 100g, crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Pinto's Pride Apple Cider Vinegar
Place the salad leaves and pear slices on serving plates. Scatter over the walnuts and cheese. Whisk together the Apple Cider Vinegar, walnuts, oil and honey. Season to taste.  Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
