Marinated Beef Flank Steak with Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 600g Falda (beef flank steak)
  • 100ml Olive Oil
  • 1 Orange juice
  • 2 Juice of limes
  • 2 tbsp Pinto's Pride Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Pinto's Pride Worcester Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Pinto's Pride Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Cloves of garlic
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 Cooked jacket Potatoes
  • 100g Sauteed Mushrooms
  • For the Chimichurri salsa
  • 4 tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • 4 tbsp Chopped fresh Coriander
  • 1 Finely diced Shallots
  • 3 Finely chopped Cloves of garlic
  • 1 small red , finely chopped Chilli pepper
  • 2 Squeezed limes
  • 2 tbsp Pinto's Pride Red Wine Vinegar
  • 100ml Olive Oil
Prepare a marinade by whisking together the olive oil, orange juice, juice of 2 limes, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar and garlic cloves. Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper and dip in the prepared marinade and allow to sit for 2 hours. Meanwhile, prepare the chimichurri salsa by mixing all of the ingredients together and put aside. When ready, grill the steak to your liking and serve topped with chimichurri salsa, jacket potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. Recipe by Aceline Media
