Hanini Ricotta & Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 250g Hanini Irkotta
  • 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped
  • 2 tbsp grated Hanini Gibniet Mature Cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix ricotta, spinach, garlic, cheese, salt, and pepper. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes until golden. Serve warm!
