Fried Ravioli

  • 16, small sized Ravioli
  • 75g Milk Chocolate
  • 75g Hanini Creamylight for Desserts
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
Cook the ravioli according to the packet’s directions. Place the chocolate in a small pan, on low heat, and when the chocolate starts melting, add the Hanini Creamylight for Desserts. In the meantime, heat the olive oil in another pan, cover each side of the ravioli with sugar and fry. Ravioli are done when they change to a gold color. Place on a plate and serve with the melted chocolate. If one desires, one can also add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and orange wedges!
