Fresh Tuna Fillets with Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 Fresh tuna fillets
- Savina Olive Oil
- Crushed Salt and Pepper
- 150ml Mayor Zalza tat-Tadam
- 2 spoons Mayor Capers
- Garlic Powder
- 2, large Potatoes
- Finely chopped Parsley
- 1 can Mayor Diced Onions
- 50g Mayor Sliced Olives
Heat the oil in a pan, and lightly cook the tuna steaks for a couple of minutes from both sides. Season well with salt and pepper. When ready remove from pan and using the same pan, cook the Mayor Diced Onions for around 2 minutes. After, add 150ml of Mayor Zalza tat-Tadam. Add the olives, the capers and some garlic powder. Simmer on low flame for 3 minutes. In the meantime, boil some potatoes and when cooked, drain and quarter. Serve the tuna with the tomato sauce and potatoes at the side. Sprinkle some fresh parsley and serve warm.
