Crostini with Ricotta & Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1, cut into 20 slices French Baguette
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 500g Hanini Irkotta
  • Fresh Chives
  • 10 slices, halved Smoked Salmon
  • Salt & Pepper
Preheat your oven to 180 C. Drizzle your bread slices with the olive oil and put on a baking sheet in a baking tray. Bake for about 10 min, until bread is nice and crisp, flipping the slices through the process.  In a container mix your lemon zest, the ricotta and some crushed salt and pepper. Mash everything up until you get a nice smooth paste. Spread generously your ricotta paste on top of the crostini, add the halved salmon slices and garnish with fresh chopped chives.
