Creamy Pesto Chicken & Veggie Bake

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 3 tbsp Mayor Pesto with Artichoke
- 200ml Hanini Creamylight
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 100g Mozzarella, shredded
- Salt, pepper, olive oil
Toss chicken and veggies with pesto, creamylight, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella, and bake at 180°C for 25–30 mins. Serve with crusty bread or rice.
