Creamy Hanini Ricotta & Spinach Easter Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 250g pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 250g Hanini Ricotta
  • 1 jar Mayor Sugo Basilico
  • 1 cup cooked spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup grated Hanini Mature Cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
Cook pasta, drain and set aside. In a bowl, mix ricotta, spinach, salt, pepper, and half the cheese. In a baking dish, layer pasta, Mayor Sugo, and ricotta mixture. Top with cherry tomatoes and remaining cheese. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 mins until bubbly and golden.
