Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 250g, shredded White Cabbage
  • 125g, scrubbed and grated Carrots
  • 50g, unsalted Peanuts
  • 1, trimmed and coarsly chopped Spring Onions
  • 90ml Mayor Mayonnaise
  • 90ml Natural Yogurt
  • 5ml Mayor Mustard
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
Prepare the cabbage and carrots. Mix well with the nuts and spring onions. Mix the dressing ingredients together and toss into the salad. Serve at room temperature on a bed of crisp lettuce.
