Ingredients
- 250g, shredded White Cabbage
- 125g, scrubbed and grated Carrots
- 50g, unsalted Peanuts
- 1, trimmed and coarsly chopped Spring Onions
- 90ml Mayor Mayonnaise
- 90ml Natural Yogurt
- 5ml Mayor Mustard
- to taste Salt & Pepper
Prepare the cabbage and carrots. Mix well with the nuts and spring onions.
Mix the dressing ingredients together and toss into the salad.
Serve at room temperature on a bed of crisp lettuce.
