Chickpea and Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients
- 185g Mayor chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 tsp Pinto's Garlic Sauce
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Lemon zest and juice
- 2 Roasted red Peppers
- Hand full of fresh Parsley
- 1/2 Crushed Red chilly
- Some Roasted seeds
In a food processor, place all the ingredients and whizz them all together until a smooth paste is formed. Place mixture into a serving bowl. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil on top, along with some toasted seeds like pumpkin seeds and pine nuts.
