Chickpea and Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 185g Mayor chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tsp Pinto's Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Lemon zest and juice
  • 2 Roasted red Peppers
  • Hand full of fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 Crushed Red chilly
  • Some Roasted seeds
In a food processor, place all the ingredients and whizz them all together until a smooth paste is formed. Place mixture into a serving bowl. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil on top, along with some toasted seeds like pumpkin seeds and pine nuts. Recipe by Tonia
