Cellentani Pasta with Bacon and Blue Cheese

Ingredients

  • 400g Cellentani Pasta
  • 3 tbsp Mayor Diced Onions
  • 200g Bacon Rashers
  • 1 can, drained Mayor Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp Pinto's Garlic Sauce
  • 150g, crumbled Blue Cheese
  • Spring Onions
  • Rucola
  • Parsley
Cook the pasta according to the packet's instructions. In a pan, cook the Mayor Diced onions for a couple of minutes and then add the mushrooms and the bacon rashers. Drain the pasta and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the  vegetables and the cooked bacon. Add the Pinto's Garlic Sauce and crumbled blue cheese. Mix everything together. You may drizzle some extra virgin olive oil. Top with chopped parsley, some rocket leaves and finely sliced spring onions.
