Baked Broccoli and Potatoes

  • 1 whole Broccoli Heads
  • 1 can, drained Mayor Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2, large sliced Potatoes
  • 100g Smoked Ham
  • 250g Hanini Ricotta
  • 1/2 can Mayor Diced Onions
  • 2, beaten Eggs
  • 50g Breadcrumbs
  • 1, minced Garlic Cloves
  • 100g Mozzarella
  • Salt & Pepper
Boil the potatoes and when cool, cut in thick slices. Cut the broccoli into small florets. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients gently except the mozzarella cheese. Grease a baking dish and add the mixture. Top with the mozzarella and pop in the oven for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Decorate with some basil leaves.
