Baked Apple & Cinnamon Oat Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 apple, finely diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Savina Pure Gozo Honey
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix oats, apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, and walnuts in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk egg, honey, and milk. Pour into oats and stir. Divide mixture into muffin tins and bake for 20–22 mins until golden. Serve warm or cold as a snack or breakfast.
